Take it to the store. If you have Leopard back it up with Time Machine first. Take it to the store when it is busy, especially when there are other potential buyers around. There is a website that shows how to take apart the laptop. Go to it and look at the pictures. It will show you the little tab that is broken. WillGonz I concur with Emory. Take it to the store.
